How to keep fit without an extra effort

If You want just to stay fit, You do not really need to spend a lot of time in a gym. There is so many opportunities to make some body exercises through one’s usual day. You don’t even have to sweat.

This is how to for people who never have time… this is inspiration for everyone.

  • Use stairs if it is possible, forget about elevators.
  • Take a walk for short distances (definition of “short” is up to You - You want to be fit).
  • Strenghten Your toughness - “whip” Your body, don’t treat it as treasure.
  • Have a good and sufficiently long sleep - peoplo who sleep poorly tend to become more hungry…
  • Drink, when You feel You’re going to be thirsty and avoid to be thirsty - it’s a body signal that something is wrong. Drink out at least 1.5 litres of water - to keep it in mind, every morning fill one bottle with water or what do You prefer and put it somewhere nearby You.
  • Try not to drink big amounts of coke etc. because of high portions of simple sugars. Mineral waters and a tap water are the best choice. Alternate them.
  • Reduce alcohol - a lot of calories is hidden there (it’s comparable with fats). It’s slowing down methabolism and regeneration, inducing dehydration.
  • Simple sugars - they are in fruit as well as in candies. If You don’t burn off these sugars fast, they will easy transform in a body fat. Definitely choose fruit - it contains vitamines.
